Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Lead the development of scalable, responsive front-end architectures using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and performant code while conducting thorough code reviews for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and implement best practices to ensure optimal load times and user engagement.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Stay current with industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex web applications.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Testing: Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Selenium).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
