Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex user problems via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the Active Directory environment.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct regular system health checks and software updates for company hardware.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
