Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions to technical issues.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT operations team to identify and resolve recurring system issues.
- Stay current with new software updates and technical documentation.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when representing the brand to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
