Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features efficiently.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt in existing codebases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (5+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude toward project success.
