- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
