Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for new software deployments to ensure client success.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential service outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to obtain a background check and security clearance.
