Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software patches and updates.
- Guide non-technical users through complex technical procedures with patience and clarity.
- Identify trends in support requests and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
