Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate predictive models into production environments.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Continuously monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies to maintain accuracy over time.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
