We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. This is a Direct Hire position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. Due to continued growth, we are urgently looking for candidates available to work in Tampa, FL or willing to relocate/expand our search to North Carolina (Remote/Hybrid options available).
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture planning.
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
