- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen applicants to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to determine candidate suitability.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing preferred.
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process and technical job market.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales and hiring targets.
