Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies targeting AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing talent
- Develop SEO-optimized job descriptions, career pages, and talent content for maximum visibility
- Analyze talent market data using predictive analytics to identify emerging skill trends
- Build and nurture relationships with technical communities, universities, and industry influencers
- Implement ATS-integrated SEO tracking to measure candidate conversion funnels
- Lead employer branding initiatives through technical blog partnerships and thought leadership
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and SEO best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or emerging tech specialization
- Proven expertise in recruitment SEO, including technical site audits and content strategy
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of developer communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- Data analysis experience with recruitment metrics and SEO performance KPIs
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM integration
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling narratives
