Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR strategy, Organizational Development, or Future Trends consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation within Fortune 500 companies.
- Deep understanding of the macro-economic factors influencing the year 2026 labor market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Experience with change management methodologies (Kotter, McKinsey 7S).
