Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 'Future Radar' system tracking technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Track record of implementing innovation strategies that generated measurable market impact
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, SFI) highly valued
