Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author quarterly future-state reports with data-driven scenario planning
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Represent company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
