Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong network of industry VCs and Fortune 500 executives
