Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast industry shifts impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption and AI ethics challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology maturity curves
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough ventures with $10M+ budgets
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep familiarity with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution
