Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present forward-looking insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
