Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market horizons
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite stakeholders on future readiness
- Identify and quantify risks/opportunities in evolving regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future demand
- Present strategic recommendations at industry summits and board meetings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field

- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
