Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and shape our innovation pipeline through 2030.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning R&D initiatives with future market demands
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or impact on organizational strategy
