Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework, integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience forecasts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners to map disruption pathways
- Produce quarterly Horizon Briefs synthesifying global signals into strategic imperatives
- Architect the Innovation Pipeline, allocating $50M+ to moonshot ventures
- Chair the Future Ethics Council, ensuring responsible scaling of emerging technologies
- Represent Horizon at Davos and global innovation summits
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our FutureFoundry program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent C-suite experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, Nature Futures)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP-PESTEL, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three implemented future-shaping initiatives
