Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology domains
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trend forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
