- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or executive planning
- Expertise in trend forecasting and scenario development
- Proven track record of translating future insights into strategy
- Deep knowledge of technological and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or strategic planning preferred
