- Establish early-warning systems for emerging threats and opportunities in global markets
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future's architect
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human strategic intuition
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurist publications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Experience managing global remote teams across 5+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 10-year strategic implementations
