Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Develop long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for cross-functional teams
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives
- Represent the organization at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendwatching, Futures Platform)
