Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks, incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models and revenue streams
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, neuroeconomics) for strategic opportunities
- Architect scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
- Chair quarterly Futures Council sessions with industry leaders to shape collective industry trajectories
- Integrate ethical foresight principles into all strategic initiatives, ensuring responsible innovation
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Emerging Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field with 10+ years of C-suite experience
- Proven track record of implementing multi-year strategic plans with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and their business applications
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to map complex interdependencies across global markets
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional credential
