Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using remote and on-site tools
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Maintain inventory and asset management documentation
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support experience or relevant certification
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and network fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
