- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and ticket resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
- Train junior staff and contribute to the development of support knowledge base articles.
- Manage multiple high-priority tickets simultaneously without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and networking protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Must be available to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
