Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical training to end-users regarding equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality assurance standards.
- Travel to various client sites within the Miami metropolitan area as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, telecommunications, or IT support.
- Valid Driverβs License and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and network troubleshooting software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
