Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 tickets with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in our knowledge base to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and improve service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a related IT field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
