- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting printers, routers, and networking hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
