Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Deploy and configure end-user devices and peripherals
- Document ticket resolutions in ITSM systems with precision
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct system audits and security vulnerability assessments
- Train clients on new software implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Washington driver's license for equipment transport
