Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems (Windows, macOS, and mobile devices).
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and peripheral malfunctions.
- Manage and update the organization's asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software patches and security updates.
- Respond to help desk tickets with a focus on speed and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for hardware setup tasks.
