We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Sacramento, CA team. Due to unprecedented demand for our services, we are urgently hiring professionals who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our engineering and product teams.
What You Will Do:
As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will drive our hiring strategy, build pipelines, and ensure we attract the best technical talent in Northern California. This is a high-impact role with immediate opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events in Sacramento.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidates and pipeline metrics.
- Build a strong employer brand presence within the local tech community.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing (SaaS, Tech preferred).
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
