Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
