Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8+ engineers in agile development cycles
- Architect scalable cloud solutions on AWS/GCP with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Drive CI/CD pipeline optimization reducing deployment time by 40%
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement DevOps best practices using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Conduct quarterly tech stack evaluations recommending strategic upgrades
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with microservices architecture experience
- AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
