Role Overview:
In this high-impact role, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for our key technical accounts. You will drive the sourcing strategy, conduct rigorous screenings, and negotiate offers to secure the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles in software engineering, data science, and IT.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process efficiently, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate compensation packages and close offers to secure top candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT and Software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong knowledge of technical stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.) and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a 'hunter' mentality.
