Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and improve user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, system architecture planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Deploy applications to cloud environments and monitor system health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
