Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote tools
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex projects and system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and report security incidents
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and helpdesk software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
