Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform rigorous debugging, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement robust security measures to protect data and user privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
