Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize IT workflows and infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to start immediately upon hiring.
