Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability for high-traffic environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
