Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries within service level agreements.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
