Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to ensure minimal downtime for employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement security best practices and patch management protocols.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing critical business issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is highly preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a team setting.
