Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Identify and resolve technical debt, driving technical strategy and innovation within the engineering department.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Deep understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
