Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Drive DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipeline improvements

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Go)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
