Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions within the team.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
