Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and document all incoming support tickets and interactions in the CRM system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals and software applications.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
