Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-quality front-end architecture using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a lightning-fast user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, interactive interfaces.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- State Management: Implement robust state management solutions to handle complex data flows and application logic.
- Accessibility: Ensure all web applications are fully accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors or frameworks.
- Framework Mastery: Strong proficiency in at least one major JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and its associated ecosystem.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
