Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.

- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid US work authorization required.
