Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
